1. How long does it take to launch a eccomerce website?
   A typical full ecommerce Website project takes 4 - 6 weeks. Much of this depends on how quickly you are able to provide the necessary content to go-live with your site. As well as setting up other items such as Merchant Accounts, SSL, and eccommerce hosting.
   
   
2. Do you offer Support?
   Yes. Just let us know what type of support you need and we can put a package together just for your specific needs if needed.
   
   
3. Will NewTek Media handle our DNS changes when needing to move our hosting to them?
   Yes. We will be happy to make the DNS changes for our clients. All we need is your login and password to your Domain Manager.
   
   
4. If we are not hosting with NewTek Media will they help us with hosting support?
   No. We will not be able to help you with any hosting issues. This will need to be taken care of by your hosting provider.
