| Web Page Manager |
Setting up and maintaining a website has never been easier. If you have created a new folder in Microsoft Word, you can set up a website. Just like you add folders in Microsoft Word is how you add categories to your website. Click on create a new category, type in the name and the tab on the website dynamically appears.
You can also add sub categories and individual pages. This will create a tree to your website. If you do not like the flow or order of the site, categories and pages can be dragged and dropped into the position you desire. |
| Content Editor |
Now you can easily manage the content on you website. The flexEdit editor allows any user to manage the content. It requires no HTML coding and no file transfer using FTP. Imagine opening a web page and having an edit button on the page. You click on it and all the tools from a software package like Microsoft Word come across the top of the web page. Now you can edit all the content like you are editing a word document:
- Type in content like in a word processor
- Change foreground and background colors
- Insert photographs from the picture Gallery
- Cut and paste from a word processing program
- Cut and paste from a spread sheet program
- Create links to internal pages in the site
- Create links to external websites
- Insert web documents like a .pdf file
- Insert a multimedia files, such as videos or Macromedia flash files
- Create complex table structures with ease
Utilize page templates to help you make sure the pages you edit always look professional and have a consistent theme throughout the site. After editing the web page now you can preview the web page to make sure everything looks correct and save it. Once you save it - it is live on your website. |
| Member Management |
Import a database of employees, members, customers or perspective clients. FlexWEB allows you to easily create as many groups as you would like in your intranet or extranet.
The application allows you to set the viewing rights in the Site Manager for all the groups. This means that you can set up different groups to view different categories within the website. |
| Group Email Manger |
This module allows the user to custom create their own groups to send group emails. Custom groups need to be created only once and the group can be saved for future email messages.
Emails can be sent in HTML format and the application is designed to handle a very large number of email recipients. |
| Custom Form Generation |
The user can create custom forms. Drag your input fields to where you want on the web page and type in the name of the field.
Save the form and it will be live on your website. Use the form generator to create registration forms for events or for meetings, or to become part of a membership. |

Tired of shuffling papers or poring over email responses to get the results from a survey?
Are you frustrated with the time and effort that you put in to create the survey, mail it out and tabulate the results.
Are surveys costing you lots of money?
Now you can custom create your survey with our intuitive editor. Select from multiple types of questions (single choice, multiple choice, rating scales, drop-down menus, and more...). Powerful options allow you to require answers to any question and control the flow. In addition, you have complete control over the colors and layout of your survey. Collecting meaningful information has never been easier!
Furthermore, you can view the results as they are collected in real-time. Watch live graphs and charts, and then dig down to get individual responses. Securely share your survey results with others. If you need to collect data on specific groups of people, this application allows you to custom create as many surveys as you like and automatically tabulates the results and all at no additional cost. |

Have you ever needed to poll a specific group about a building improvement, a new policy or a change in procedure?
Do you want to spend the time to create the questionnaire, mail it out, hope people fill it out and then tabulate the results - ALL BY HAND.
Now you can custom create your poll with our intuitive editor. The results will be tabulated in real-time and displayed in a graphical format. The voting is easy - one click, so the participation is very high. The results are easy to see in the graph. This is all done at no additional cost, so it is very easy to conduct as many polls as you like. |
| Picture and Media Gallery |
Pictures and graphics are an important part to any website. However, it is usually difficult to get them posted to the website. The Image Library allows the user to take pictures from their hard drive and upload them straight to the Image Library.
The pictures can be stored by category. This makes it very easy for the user to find pictures to reuse them on the website. From there the pictures can be inserted directly into the page – as easy as drag-and-drop.
Automatic Resize – No need to worry if the image you are uploading is too large in file size or in physical size. The Image Library has an automatic resizer built into the application to adjust the picture to a web-friendly size (physical and file). |
| Event Management and Calendar |
Easily post events, schedules, etc. to the calendar. Click on the day you want to add an event to and a form comes up for you to fill in the start time, end time and an open field that has the flexEdit editor to post additional information including pictures. You can copy recurring events to multiple days by clicking on the additional days in the calendar. However, if you need to make changes to just one of the days, this calendar allows the user to edit just one day in a recurring event. This calendar does not apply a change to all events.
The calendar automatically posts upcoming events to the Upcoming Events News Wire module. This module can be dispalyed on the pages of your choice. This is also true for the Recent Additions/Changes News Wire module. |
